• Participants must register their details at the site to qualify for the scratch card.
• Each participant is entitled to one scratch card per project.
• Scratch cards must be scratched in the presence of a Sales Representative.
• The amount revealed on the scratch card is non-transferable and can only be availed by the registered participant.
• The offer is applicable only to bookings made during the contest period.
• The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other ongoing promotions.
• The scratch card discount is valid only for the property mentioned during the site visit.
• If the property is not booked within the contest period, the discount becomes null and void.
• The organizer will not be held responsible for any loss or damage related to the scratch card.
• By participating, the participant agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of this contest.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or withdraw the contest without prior notice.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru.
• The contest is valid until 15th Mar ’26. No entries will be entertained beyond the specified date.
