Purpose - This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for reserving a preferred unit on a first come first serve (FCFS) basis. It is not a booking application.
Unit Preferences - It is mandatory to specify the preferred unit type and floor in the EOI to facili tate the unit allocation process.
Project Approval Status - The project is awaiting necessary statutory approvals, and the company is in the process of obtaining them.
Acceptance Period - The applicant has 72 hours from the date of intimation to accept or reject the offered Price / Unit.
Refund Policy - If the applicant rejects the offered Price or Unit, the company will refund the EOI money within 30 working days from the date of rejection, without any interest. The EOI will be considered cancelled.
Conversion to Booking Application - To convert the EOI into a booking application, the applicant must fill the application and pay the agreement value as per the provided payment schedule at the time of allotment. If the customer does not respond within 7 days, the EOI will be considered cancelled.
Confirmation of Allotment - Upon the EOI being converted into a booking, the applicant will receive official email communication from the company confirming the allotment.
Company's Discretion - The company reserves the right to accept or reject the EOI at its sole discretion without assigning any reason. These EOI terms supersede all prior discussions and correspondences.
Allotment Process - This application is a request for the allotment of a unit. The Enterprise reserves the right to refuse or allot the unit to the applicant(s). Processing of this application will commence after the encashment of the Cheque/DD for the blocking amount.
Application Requirements - The application must be accompanied by a self-attested KYC (Aadhar and PAN Card). In the case of joint applicants, both parties must sign the application form and provide the necessary KYC with attestation.
Location Inspection and Approval - The applicant(s) have inspected the project location and, being satisfied, express interest in choosing a unit by signing and submitting this application to the Enterprise.
